The majority of children from Grampound Road Village CE School transfer to the Roseland Community School at the end of Year 6. Several children have transferred to Truro School, Penair or Brannel. During the Autumn term, prior to transfer, parents are contacted and informed of open days and presentation evenings when the schools can be viewed. The prospectus is discussed to help parents make informed decisions, Year 6 children have the opportunity to attend performances, workshops and planned days to familiarise themselves with their new school.
