Gribbin news 16th October 2017

The children have had a great activity week. They have been learning to use their senses in the wild garden. They observed the things around them, listened to noises, made wild garden perfume, made some bark rubbings and had a good old explore. On cookery day they made buns using an egg as a weight to balance the ingredients, using this method they were able to make the mixture with very little adult support and they tasted lovely! They have also made dens using blankets and other materials.  They were really careful on the bikes and scooters and we do have three children who can ride without stabilizers, well done!
I wish everyone a happy half term and look forward to seeing you all again after the holidays when our new topic begins which is 'Celebrations.'
