On Wednesday we went for a delightful local walk. We saw old and new buildings which were designed for a range of purposes. It was clear that Grampound Road has undergone many changes over the years and the children were surprised to see the old school building, which is very small compared to our current school. The buildings we saw were all in good order and being properly looked after. The children also noticed that there was very little litter on the ground, which again is evidence that people in our community are looking after it really well. We were fortunate to see a train whizz past us and that was quite an exciting feeling for the children. We ended the trip with a visit to the park. All the children were exceptionally well behaved and the adult helpers were excellent. Thank you to the helpers.
Happy half term
