Mission Statement: Nurturing God’s gifts with compassion and drive so that all our children succeed, learn and thrive.
Our values are: Compassion, wisdom, forgiveness, perseverance, trust and respect
These underpin the family values we strongly believe in.
As a Church of England School, we aim, through Christian stories of faith and worship, to nurture, value and develop wholeness and well-being for all. In so doing, we aim to achieve a happy, family atmosphere with a close working environment. Relationships are supportive and encouraging and the level of expectation is realistic yet challenging to motivate and achieve high standards for all.
All children are encouraged to help to take care of younger children, and to support staff by helping with day to day organisation. The Year 6 children become buddies for new Foundation Stage children, to support them when they first start school. We are very aware of the importance of links with our community and work closely with the local Playgroup, Nursery, secondary school and community members.
